A company is looking for a Service Manager (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support operational oversight for assigned customer accounts and maintain communication regarding service updates and issue progress
Serve as the primary intake point for customer operational requests and coordinate routing to appropriate internal teams
Monitor accounts for signals of dissatisfaction and escalate concerns as appropriate
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, business, or related field is preferred but not required
Demonstrated experience owning post-sale customer relationships
Proven ability to identify and escalate customer risk early
Working understanding of modern managed services environments, including networking and cloud productivity platforms
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services organization is preferred
