Position Overview :
Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at the St. Ann's Health Center in the Bronx. The NP will work under the direction of a physician to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare, with an emphasis on preventative care and patient education. The NP will be responsible for planning, evaluating, and providing healthcare services to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care in alignment with Sun River Health's mission.

Salary Range : $154,876.80 - $162,385.80 (based on experience and licensure)
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred, with proficiency in both oral and written communication.

Founded in the early 1970s by four African American women in Peekskill, New York, the organization was established to address the lack of accessible health services in their community. With the help of a small federal grant, the first Sun River Health site opened its doors in 1975.
