LOCATION : BRYANT, SD

WW Tire Service is looking to add a Retread Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retread facility in Bryant, SD. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a commitment to quality and safety, and experience in tire retreading operations.

Pay : $70,000+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise retread facility operations
• Oversee production, scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
• Assist in the production process and ensure production goals are met
• Maintain production quality and safety standards
• Train, lead, and support retread facility personnel (5-10 employees)
• Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage costs
• Maintain production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
