Financial Systems Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial System Business Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead an agile team to develop digital products and enhance business automation processes

Oversee financial systems like Deltek Costpoint and work with the accounting team to identify business needs and gather user requirements

Deliver high business value products by creating deployable features that meet user needs

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in complex business analysis and requirements definition in a government contracting environment

8+ years of experience with ERP systems, particularly Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense

Experience in identifying issues and developing solutions related to ERP software and financial processes

Knowledge of accounting processes used by government workers

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Technology
