Physical Therapist Role $50-$52 per hour
Overview :
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist with experience or interest in geriatrics. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping older adults improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain independence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life
- Provide therapy services to geriatric patients in setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
