About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a 13-week contract in Neptune, NJ . The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered oncology care, skilled in therapeutic nursing interventions, and able to support patients with complex hematology and oncology diagnoses, including leukemia and lymphoma.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and assist physicians with care deliveryPlan, implement, and document nursing care based on each patient's needsAssess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care prioritiesDevelop and coordinate individualized care plansPerform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient careDocument patient care based on standards, acuity, and clinical prioritiesAdvocate for and support evidence-based care standards and innovationsProvide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice modelFulfill other duties as assignedSchedule

Required
ASNCurrent NJ RN license (or multi-state compact license)BLS – AHA2+ years acute adult oncology experience (inpatient; leukemia & lymphoma)Experience with chemotherapy administration & central linesONS chemotherapy / immunotherapy certificateACLSTelemetry skillsPreferred
