Our client, a respected financial institution, is seeking an Ag and Commercial Loan Banker to manage and grow a farm and commercial loan clients portfolio and strengthen relationships through expert farm lending knowledge and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities : - Originate, process, and service commercial loans adhering to policies and regulations - Analyze financials, conduct site visits, and evaluate collateral for sound lending decisions - Negotiate loan terms within established guidelines - Develop new commercial business relationships and participate in loan committees - Represent the bank in community events and uphold a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications : - Minimum 3-10 years commercial lending experience preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field - Strong understanding of commercial loan documents, underwriting, and financial statements - Proven business development success and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality

Drivable from Ottawa or neighboring counties. Anderson County.
