Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently. Monitor plant operations and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance. Perform basic maintenance and assist with repairs on equipment and machinery. Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment. Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.50 to $33.01 per hour. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
