Wireless Sales Support
Responsibilities :
Work with customers to express new wireless services available and educate customers
Process sales orders and activations for customers with precision
Stay up to date with all new wireless features to highlight the benefits of services
Coordinate with internal departments, including customer service, technical support, and installation teams, to streamline sales and post-sale operations.
Have an understanding of basic technology to maneuver tablet with customer and present services
Support daily sales strategies and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales environment
