Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business and Functional Analyst to support complex state projects related to public assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, analysis, and development of business, functional, and non-functional system requirements

Utilize knowledge of public assistance programs to ensure system alignment with federal and state policies

Gather and analyze details related to core business processes and assess current system functionality

Required Qualifications

Expert knowledge of public assistance programs (5+ years experience)

Proven success managing projects using industry-standard project management methodologies

Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)

Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for large-scale systems

Ability to analyze system functionality and identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities
