Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of public assistance programs (5+ years experience)
Proven success managing projects using industry-standard project management methodologies
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)
Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for large-scale systems
Ability to analyze system functionality and identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities
