LPNs will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily health needs. • Full-time
• PM Shift
• 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
• Weekend Rotation
• Block Scheduling Position Requirements :
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be registered and licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota
• Must have a current CPR certification
• Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
