Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and people-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain consistent food quality and cleanliness standards throughout each shift
- Direct and supervise staff to ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards
- Reject food that does not meet quality standards and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Lead the team to stay productive and motivated throughout the shift
- Handle guest issues with integrity, resolving problems promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain customer service scores at an optimal level of 5
- Address staff dress code and appearance issues when necessary
- Support staff development and foster a positive team environment
- Be flexible with work hours, including different shifts and time periods
Skills and Qualifications :
