Join a respected, patient-focused, non-profit healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT (Otolaryngologist) to be a member of its clinical team. Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions related to the ears, nose, and throat in an office-based setting
- Diagnose, treat, and manage ENT-related infections, diseases, and disorders
- Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and interpret diagnostic results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other specialists and departments to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation with ENT providers at the affiliated hospital
- Supervise and mentor residents, medical students, and clinical staff
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and billing practices
