Job descriptionWork with BCBAs in conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on data and client needs. Implement and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions, including ABA therapy techniques. Provide supervision to cases, ensuring that interventions are delivered with consistency and fidelity. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring the highest standards of practice and professional development. Monitor client progress, collect data, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and maximize client success. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care. Stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and professional development opportunities. Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field, preferably with children and / or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership and support to behavior technicians and other staff. Bilingual-Spanish CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). At least 1 year experience in working as a Case Supervisor (ABA) Experience with various behavior intervention tools and software. Supervision and training experience with Behavior Technicians or RBTs. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Excellent writing skills for reports Excellent communication skills Bilingual-English / Spanish
