Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Salesforce Partner Account Manager — a passionate relationship builder who can strengthen and grow Forsys’s partnership with Salesforce across the U.S. In this role, your “customers” are Salesforce Account Executives (AEs), RVPs, and Partner Leaders. Your mission : Strengthen Forsys’s position as a trusted and preferred partner within the Salesforce ecosystem. Drive measurable pipeline, joint wins, and market expansion through partner-led growth. This is a high-impact, field-facing role (expect 25–30% travel) based in the Bay Area.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Salesforce Relationship : Build, nurture, and expand Forsys’s partnership across Salesforce business units, with a focus on Revenue Cloud, Industry Clouds, and Agentforce.
  • Engage the Salesforce Field : Develop trusted relationships with AEs, RVPs, and PAMs — positioning Forsys as their preferred implementation partner for every opportunity.
  • Drive Joint Pipeline : Identify and pursue joint sales opportunities with Salesforce teams. Build and execute regional business plans and co‑selling motions. Track and report on influenced and sourced revenue.
  • Collaborate & Enable : Partner internally with Forsys Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to launch joint campaigns, host enablement sessions, and deliver partner‑ready assets that make it easy for AEs to position Forsys.
  • Represent Forsys : Attend key Salesforce events, QBRs, and ecosystem meetings to maintain presence and trust within the partner community.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep up with Salesforce product updates (Revenue Cloud, Industry Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) to spot new opportunities and align Forsys offerings.

Requirements / Specifications

Must-haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in the SaaS / enterprise software space
  • Experience working at Salesforce or a Salesforce Consulting Partner (Being a part of Revenue Cloud ecosystem will be strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of building relationships with Salesforce AEs and partner teams and driving joint GTM outcomes
  • Excellent communicator — confident, persuasive, and relationship‑oriented
  • Entrepreneurial, hungry, and eager to make a mark in a high‑growth environment
  • Nice-to-haves :

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar)
  • Understanding of AI‑driven GTM or CRM strategies
  • Deep understanding of the Revenue Cloud ecosystem
