As a Regional Guide AMER - TRE (Treasury), you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the Treasury function for the Americas region. You will be accountable for overseeing cash management, liquidity, risk management, and financial planning for the region. In this role, you will have a significant impact on Solstice's financial success by ensuring efficient cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the Treasury function for the Americas region
• Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities
• Develop and implement financial planning strategies to facilitate business growth
• Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and business unit

The annual base salary range for this position is $206,000 - $257,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
