Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and coordination.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar restaurant environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
