Job Description

Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all site regulations. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or overruns. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, reports, and records. Support problem-solving efforts to address on-site challenges effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have :

• A background in construction management or a related field.
• Experience working on construction sites, ideally within the property industry.
