  • Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all health-related procedures follow local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain accurate records of services provided.
  • Inventory Management : Oversee the management of health supplies and equipment, ensuring health rooms are stocked and prepared for daily operations.

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Time Management : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards.
  • Customer Service Orientation : Strong focus on providing excellent service to students, staff, and school communities, ensuring that health needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Technological Proficiency : Proficient with scheduling software, communication tools, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) to manage and track scheduling and health service operations.
  • Knowledge of Health Standards & Regulations : Understanding of local, state, and federal health regulations and school health policies, ensuring compliance and high standards of care.
  • Conflict Resolution Skills : Ability to handle disputes or challenges in a calm, professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and respectfully.
  • Education / Experience :
