The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, carpet cleaning, and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will also need to step into the field to assist with carpet cleaning jobs when necessary, providing top-tier customer service .
