Field Service Technician

The AF group is a world-class manufacturing company that produces, delivers and maintains 3 stage, oil-free, reciprocating air compressors for various industrial applications with a focus on the beverage and food industry. AF is a global market leader supplying 20-40 bar oil free air for the PET Bottling and Beverage industry. AF is also actively diversifying its product portfolio and product activities to the 7-10 bar oil free air industrial applications and offers a global solution to its various customers and partners around the world.

A.F.USA, based out of Carrollton, Ga is experiencing tremendous growth and demand and looking to expand its team of Air Compressor Technicians.

• Job Description :
• Install and service reciprocating air compressors
• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair; using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes or hoists
• Install, replace or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications
• Lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures
• Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work
• Set up and operate machines and adjust controls to regulate operations
• Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems
• Knowledge sets include : mechanical, pneumatic, valves, dryers, electro, air compressors
• Job Requirements :
• Must have high school degree or equivalent
• Must be at least 25 years of age (car rental, hotel, travel, etc.)
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Minimum 2-3 years of mechanical experience
