Accounting Coordinator

Partners Professional is currently seeking candidates qualified as an Accounting Coordinato r for our client in Ft. Myers FL. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Administrator. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving the work of the of the Accounting Specialist related to AP / AR, backing up the Staff Accountant and support as needed that Accounting team.

This position will be onsite daily, Monday through Friday with hours of 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. It is being offered as a temp-to hire. You must live in the Ft. Myers vicinity and be within a comfortable commuting distance.

Qualifications :

• Required -Associates degree in Accounting or higher.
• Experience in reviewing and processing AP / AR documents
• Financial software and MS Office suite proficiency.
• ERP system experience for posting transactions
• Proven attention to details, accuracy and organization
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Team driven and collaborative.
