Senior Infrastructure Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Infrastructure to lead the operations of their Datacenter Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-premise datacenter operations to ensure stability and performance

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to maintain cloud and infrastructure operations

Oversee security and compliance standards, and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

12+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering / operations in a SaaS environment

6+ years of people leadership experience with strong team-building skills

Deep understanding of operational best practices for SaaS companies

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2-T2 and ISO27001
