• Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare consolidated financial reports, including cost and asset allocation summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and provide insights on key performance indicators to support business objectives.
• Manage financial consolidations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide recommendations on asset allocation and overall financial strategy.
• Support executive decision-making with in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices in financial management.
• Extensive experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of cost allocation and asset management strategies.
• Familiarity with financial consolidations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
