Job Summary
The Post Harvest Cure Specialist is responsible for managing the curing process of cannabis flower in accordance with state regulations, company SOPs, and production timelines. This role ensures accurate documentation, environmental monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and proper material handling to maintain product quality and traceability.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, label, and document post-harvest materials using Flourish.
- Perform weekly "burping" of cure bins and monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, moisture, water activity); report any discrepancies to PH Supervisor.
- Conduct monthly or bi-monthly inventory reconciliations; resolve discrepancies between physical and digital records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, following FIFO (first in, first out) practices for material rotation.
- Follow all SOPs and remain compliant with state cannabis regulations.
- Collaborate with management to provide timely reports and support other cultivation teams as needed.
- Lift / move up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of cannabis cultivation experience (preferably post-harvest).Familiarity with security procedures, safety protocols, and cannabis compliance standards.Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to evolving work environments.Positive team contributor with strong communication and documentation skills.Able to follow instructions, execute protocols, and manage inventory and time efficiently.Fluent in English with the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions.Physical Demands

Compensation : $21.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm
