A company is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to provide exceptional service to its network of insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for insurance agents, addressing their inquiries regarding products and services
Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents and ensure data integrity of agent files
Educate agents on available products and assist with enrollment and service needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems
Strong understanding of internal products
Ability to work with minimal supervision
