What You'll Do :

  • Manage and update subscriber information using our proprietary system.
  • Perform basic math calculations and ensure accurate billing and geographical data.
  • Communicate with over 50 magazine publishers via email.
  • Adapt quickly as priorities shiftno two days are the same!

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong data entry skills and lightning-fast typing.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • A knack for customer service and administrative support.
  • Bonus points for 2+ years of administrative experience.

    Job Type & Location : This is a permanent position based out of Congers, NY.

    Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
