Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer

Our operations in Conway, Arkansas includes metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll formers, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

We are looking for Industrial / Manufacturing Engineers to design, develop, test and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination.

Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product. Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and / or minimize costs.

Post Secondary Diploma and experience in technical areas, C.E.T. or Professional Engineering. 3-5 years Industrial Engineering experience. Strong knowledge of process flow, FMEA and optimization, cellular manufacturing engineering. Ability to communicate with all members of Management, Supervision and Operators. Must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with suppliers and customers.
