The Construction Senior Manager will oversee large-scale construction projects, including new location buildouts, relocations, rebranding initiatives, and closures. You will lead cross-functional teams of construction managers, subcontractors, and other professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong strategic planning, risk management, and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and resolve challenges efficiently. You will also implement safety protocols, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with regulations, while mentoring your team and fostering a collaborative environment. Accountabilities :

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor internal construction managers, external contractors, and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, general contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project expenditures, negotiate contracts, and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols to protect all workers on site.
• Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
