Reports to : Marketing Manager

THIS POSITION IN ENTIRELY IN PERSON

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and manage social media strategy for 3 current Daniel Humm Hospitality brands, and more as they open / come online (including one restaurant slated to open in 2026) :
  • Eleven Madison Park ( 516 k Instagram followers)
  • Eleven Madison Home ( 54.4 k Instagram followers)
  • Clemente Bar ( 34.1k Instagram followers)
  • Create short - , medium-, and long-term campaigns together with Marketing Manager
  • Define KPIs and track performance and engagement of posts
  • Suggest strategy and content optimization
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders to ensure current and accurate content
  • Assist with ideating and capturing photo and video content at the restaurant and events
  • Write copy for all posts / stories
  • Create and maintain relationships with restaurant colleagues, industry , and our PR agency to foster collaboration and strengthen networks
  • Work with external partners and collaborators to execute campaigns, including social media campaigns for short- and long-term pop-ups
  • Manage comments and DMs
  • Refer customer service requests to the appropriate parties
  • Refer potential candidates and career inquiries to HR
  • Maintain Daniel Humm Hospitality websites and update as needed
  • Manage Google Business and M eta accounts

  • Experience Required :

  • 2 + years experience as a social media content creator / community manager
  • Experience working in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and build social media communities
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure successful social media campaigns
  • Ability to maintain voice and visual identity for each individual brand
  • Proficient with platforms such as Later , Airtable, Canva, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop / InDesign)
  • General SEO knowledge
  • B asic graphic design and photography / video skills preferre d
