Job Title :  IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist

Location :  Houston, Texas (Remote)

Pay :  $55–$63 / hr (Weekly pay)

Duration :  3-month contract (Excellent potential for extension or permanent hire)

Schedule :  Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible start times; must attend meetings in CST)

Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and versatile  IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist  to support and optimize our Microsoft-based environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), DNS, and on-premises Windows Server infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for maintaining system reliability, security, and efficiency while collaborating closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and user licensing.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Teams integration, and collaboration issues.
• Implement and monitor security and compliance policies (MFA, DLP, retention).
• Support end-user onboarding and maintain technical documentation.

Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

DNS & Domain Management

Windows Server & On-Prem Support

Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam)
