Job description

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Middlebury, Vermont.

Job Description & Requirements

Approval for up to 32 weeks.

LPN for Helen Porter Rehab & Nursing : Will work 4 x 8s one week and 5 x 8s the next for 72H biweekly. A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements :

  • Dementia capable care certification preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Prior travel required
  • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

  • No block schedules for any reason
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 1 / 5
