Role Summary : WIH-MBU 40 HR FLEX / WEEKENDS :

A Hospital in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced and flexible Mother / Baby Unit Registered Nurse for a critical short-term assignment to address an open staffing need. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns, fostering bonding, promoting successful breastfeeding, and monitoring for complications.

The successful candidate must be highly adaptable and ready to work a fully flexible 40-hour schedule that rotates between all shifts.

Shift Information (40 Hours FLEX ONLY)

Core Responsibilities :

The MBU RN assumes responsibility for the primary nursing care process, including assessment, plan of care, intervention, and evaluation for the mother / newborn dyad.

Required Qualifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support)
