Maintenance Technician

Title : Night Shift Maintenance Electrical Technician

Hourly Rate : $28.00 - $32.00

Location : High Point, NC

Maintenance Technicians play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations.

Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.

Must-Have Skill Set

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.

Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, and automated machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Proficient in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
