A company is looking for a Director of Manufacturing to lead and oversee manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to drive operational excellence

Oversee daily operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are optimized

Lead and mentor manufacturing teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in administration, operations, engineering, or applicable discipline; MBA strongly preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role

5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector

Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles

Experience with ERP systems and a data-driven mindset for decision making
