Job description

Automotive Dealership Coster / Biller

We are currently seeking a motivated, detailed and highly organized individual to join our team. If you have a genuine desire to succeed, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

  • Costing New and Used Car Deals
  • Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
  • Process Sales Staff Commissions for Payroll
  • Process Vehicle Titles Accurately and Efficiently
  • Manage Titling Paperwork in Compliance with State Regulations
  • Track / Follow up on Missing Titles
  • Process Rebates / Incentives / Dealership Discounts
  • Submitting Customer Payoff's
  • Purchase Vehicles into Inventory
  • Reconcile Schedules
  • Issue / Disburse Checks

Job Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Experience Preferred
  • Familiarity with DMV Processes and Title Regulations
  • Some Evenings and Saturday Hours
  • Ability to Provide Quality Customer Service
  • Willingness to Take Initiative
  • Quality Writing and Grammar Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ability to Perform Job Responsibilities and Meet Deadlines Easily
  • Detailed Follow Up
  • Professional Appearance
  • Ability to Work Independently, Within a Team and Multi-task
