We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented  Supply Chain Planner  to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining supply and demand plans to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have  highly developed problem-solving abilities , a strong grasp of  process management , and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.

What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and execute demand and supply plans to support business objectives and customer requirements.

Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain challenges, applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize risks and prevent disruptions.

Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and agility.

Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.

Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to balance service levels and cost.

Use data-driven insights and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and decision-making.

Implement and refine planning processes, systems, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.

Support cross-functional projects, including product launches, sourcing changes, and systems integration.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).

3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations.

Proven track record in  problem-solving  and  process management , with experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar a plus).

Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills; experience with demand planning tools preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The base salary range for this position is $77,969.00 to $103,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
