A well-established California law firm is seeking an experienced construction litigation attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the law, values collaboration, and is looking for opportunities to take on greater case management responsibilities, including first and second chair roles. This position offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile matters that shape California’s legal and business landscape.

Writing sample and transcript required for consideration. (Hybrid – 2‑3 days in office)

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction litigation
• Strong academic background (top of class preferred)
• Extensive experience handling complex litigation and case management
• Experience or strong interest in construction‑related disputes
• Excellent writing and research abilities
• Writing sample required
