Burns & McDonnell has an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer that has a desire to apply technical design experience while actively engaging their entrepreneurial spirit. This role offers direct client and end-user interaction across commercial, military, domestic, and international work. You will have opportunities to use leadership and people-skills to stand out, and to grow into technical leadership, project management, or business development roles. Positions are available for mechanical engineers with 5 years of experience in fueling systems or other related industrial type systems.
Burns & McDonnell is a leading consultant in the aircraft fueling industry with high-visibility projects at major airports and military bases worldwide. The fueling business line also executes projects for aviation, federal, transport truck and car rental clients, including marine loading facilities, pipeline terminals, truck loading facilities and commercial gasoline stations.
Responsibilities
A successful candidate would be experienced in design and construction in one or more of the following industries : Commercial or Military Fuel Systems, Oil & Gas, Water / Wastewater, or Industrial Systems. Experience in the following areas would be of high value :

Compensation
Salary : $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 Yearly
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local / state regulations. The range is based on factors including education, qualifications, prior work experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package may include a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
