Pay Range : $40 - $45 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Create test plans, procedures, and reports based on customer environmental requirements and applicable performance standards.
• Avionics testing in accordance with environmental requirements and Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems.
• Strong desire to create a quality product.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
