We aim to provide top-quality, comprehensive care, focusing on enhancing our patients' quality of life, functionality, and mobility while effectively managing pain. The incoming provider will play a key role in our pain management services, employing various techniques and therapies, including neuromodulation.

About Us :

We are a dedicated healthcare team that has been proudly serving our community since 2016. Our integrated group consists of medical doctors, physician assistants, therapists, rehab assistants, and support staff, all collaborating to deliver the most effective care possible. We treat a diverse range of conditions, from degenerative joint issues and sports-related injuries to peripheral neuropathy and chronic pain.

Duties :

• Conduct patient examinations and evaluations with a focus on orthopedic and neurological aspects, including medical history and physical exams.
• Order, take, and review diagnostic imaging (such as x-rays) and lab work.
• Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, diagnoses, durable medical equipment (DME), and various modalities.
• Perform treatments including trigger point injections, intra-joint injections, arthrocentesis, SPG blocks, and soft tissue injections.
• Manage hormone replacement therapies.
• Refer patients for physical therapy as necessary.
• Refer neuropathic pain patients for in-office services.
• Order DME such as orthotics and bracing.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise medical assistants and technicians.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
