Job descriptionAssist in maintaining project plans schedules and timelines Coordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goals Draft meeting minutes agendas and track action items Facilitate meetings as needed. Support configuration of solutions to meet business needs. Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations. Develop use cases workflows and process diagrams. Support sprint sessions and releases Validate RTM against deployed sprints. Define and execute test plans scenarios and cases. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders. Ensure data integrity during migration processes. Prepare and maintain project and training documentation. Provide support for other projects as required
Job Title : Business Analyst IV
Location : Salem OR / Hybrid
Candidate must be within 30 miles
Work can be done mostly remote but will have meetings at the office location.
Duration : 6 Months
RFP Development / Vendor Solution Evaluation :
- Support development of RFP and scoring criteria
- Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical functional cost).
- Compare vendor offerings for functionality scalability security and compliance.
- Document findings and provide recommendations.
