Overview :
Health & Wellness group is looking for a Senior Designer who has an elevated design sensibility, but also a full grasp of creating integrated campaigns with conceptual ideas at the core. The roster of clients are fashion-forward and / or beauty-related, so we this person will need to be confident in design that doesn't just do the job, but wows on these types of projects.
- Cosmetic / fashion experience is not required, but this designer must have high-end design aesthetic and use modern elements like gifs / motion graphics.
- A Figma-forward digital designer is preferred.

We are seeking a Senior Designer who has a passion for creating award-winning work and is an excellent conceptual / strategic thinker, as well as a natural collaborator and storyteller. Our ideal candidate has exceptional design skills in all things digital, such as interactive banners, social media, email campaigns, presentations, consumer journeys, landing pages including still and motion-based executions. This person solves problems in collaboration with creative directors, associate creative directors, creative strategists, copywriters, project managers, account team and more. Responsible for being hands on designing for internal initiatives, as well as national advertising and marketing campaigns across the enterprise that focus on internal and external B2B and B2C campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for being hands on to concept and execute from start to finish on a wide range of creative projects including but not limited to : national advertising campaigns, email campaigns, social media, banner ads, environmental design, presentations and landing pagesCollaborate with creative directors, associate creative directors, graphic designers, proofreaders, animators, project managers, content strategists, account and front-end developers and / or additional outside vendors as required as they relate to a projectFollow a creative brief and work with account managers and project managers to ensure assignment is clearly outlined and estimatedUnderstand strategic marketing initiatives and campaign strategiesQuestion client / marketing strategy when it doesn't align with market research, follow the creative brief, or meet the needs of the consumerConduct and participate in creative reviewsPresent work to peers, managers, clients, and executive leadershipFollow budgets, timelines, and internal processes for each projectWork expeditiously on a high volume of projects with constantly changing deadlinesDetail oriented, make sure all objectives are being met and that work is error-freeOffer new ideas for creative processes and collaborationPerform other duties and / or special projects as assignedQualifications / Requirements :
