Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Senior IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting instructional device services. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys solving complex IT challenges in an enterprise setting.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot departmental printing and phone systems.
• Provide next-tier technical support for desk phones, printers, endpoint connectivity, and departmental software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance to end users.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, reliability, and security of departmental hardware and software.
• Assist with deployment and support of new software and hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Train end users on proper use and troubleshooting of VoIP, printers, network tools, and software systems.
• Document and update technical procedures, support guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in occasional on-call support duties as defined by the team manager.
• Top Skills Required :
• Proven experience in enterprise-level technical support and systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11, Office 365, Chromebooks, and network / software issues.
• Experience supporting and maintaining audio / visual systems, printers, and other peripherals.

• Active Directory
• MS Intune
• Google Workspace
• ServiceNow
• SCCM
• Qualifications :
• Expert-level experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• No specific certifications required, but relevant technical experience is essential.
• Ability to support staff both onsite and remotely.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
