🩺 Medical Assistant – 🧠 Neurology Practice Brain and Spine Center, PLC – Chandler & Casa Grande, AZ 💼 Full-Time | Monday–Friday 💰 Competitive Pay Based on Experience MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FROM OUR CASA GRANDE LOCATION TWICE A WEEK

Are you a detail-oriented, fast-paced Certified Medical Assistant looking to grow in a specialized neurology practice? Brain and Spine Center, PLC is currently seeking a dependable and efficient Medical Assistant to join our busy and compassionate team. This role will support providers at both our Chandler and Casa Grande locations.

🏥 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Rooming patients, taking vitals, medication reconciliation

Accurately documenting patient history, vitals, and symptoms

Administering IM injections, EKGs, performing buccal swabs

Assisting providers with in-office procedures (Skin Biopsies, Trigger Point Injections, Botox)

Administering cognitive tests

Handling administrative duties including scheduling appointments, faxing orders, and callng patients

Managing patient flow and communicating with front / back office staff

Ensuring all rooms and instruments are cleaned, stocked, and prepared

Supporting patient education and answering care-related questions

✅ Requirements :

Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Minimum 1 year of MA experience preferred, neurology experience a plus

Willing and able to travel between Chandler AND Casa Grande locations

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

EMR proficiency (Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus)

Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
