Job description

Job title : Training Consultant

Location : Honolulu, HI

Travel : N / A

Duties :

  • The applicant shall conduct a rapid assessment of the issues and concerns.
  • The applicant shall conduct a positive inquiry-type assessment with staff to identify which current practices, behaviors, and activities are supporting employee engagement.
  • The applicant shall provide group and one-on-one coaching on how to change behaviors to improve employee engagement as well as other leadership issues and organizational change management.
  • The applicant shall facilitate Leadership Team meetings including an offsite retreat to enable focused training in and practice of key leadership concepts.

Qualifications :

  • The applicant shall have experience in rapid organizational assessment.

    • Education / Experience :

  • The applicant shall haveexperience in training and consulting with a Senior Leadership Board, Top Management Team, or similar.
  • The applicant shall have experience and / or skill in engaging staff to identify staff issues and concerns.
