About the Role : We're seeking a driven, strategic thinker to serve as Deputy Chief of Staff to our EVP of Operations and Supply Chain. In this high-impact role, you'll act as a trusted advisor and internal consultantdriving key initiatives, solving operational challenges, and ensuring focus on high-priority objectives.

This role requires exceptional financial acumen, sound judgment, and strong emotional intelligence. You'll be expected to navigate sensitive matters with discretion, work effectively with a wide range of personalities, and help streamline execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

• Execute strategic and operational initiatives set by the EVP
• Lead high-visibility projects and workstreams from planning through execution
• Conduct deep financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
• Build executive-level presentations and insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Support field operations through regular site visits and business reviews
• Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters

What You'll Bring :

Travel : Approximately 2550%, including weekly time in Stamford, CT (global headquarters) and frequent field visits
