We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional with expertise in human capital management through Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as IQ Navigator or Fieldglass. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP APEX for purchase order (PO) creation, vendor management, and rate negotiations. This role is critical in managing medium- to high-complexity commodity procurements to support multiple internal customers across the enterprise. The selected candidate will serve as the primary interface between internal programs and suppliers, enabling efficient procurement processes and fostering strong supplier relationships.
What You Will Do
Oversee human capital procurement through Vendor Management Systems (e.g., IQ Navigator or Fieldglass), including onboarding and maintaining supplier records in the Enterprise Supplier Database Management (ESDM) system.
Utilize SAP APEX and PRISM systems to create and manage POs for leased labor and other procurement needs.
Lead rate negotiations, supplier discussions, and post-award management activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and directives.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring alignment with program goals and priorities.
Conduct quotation activities, evaluate supplier proposals, and identify alternate suppliers when necessary.
Prepare documentation, including price analyses, source selection justifications, and procurement write-ups, with guidance as required.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Supply Chain Advisors, and the Office of General Counsel to review and negotiate supplier terms and conditions, providing final recommendations.
Manage procurement activities of medium complexity and process a moderate volume of POs across multiple business units.
Ensure adherence to company directives, work instructions, and supplier management processes to maintain compliance.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in Vendor Management.
Experience with SAP systems, including APEX and PRISM.
Experience with Vendor Management Systems, such as IQ Navigator or Fieldglass.
Experience preparing price analyses, supplier management, and source selection documentation.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Raytheon-specific tools, processes, and systems.
Experience placing leased labor POs and managing supplier relationships.
Experience analyzing information from multiple sources to develop innovative supply chain solutions.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
