Customer Service Representative PT (Parks)

Salary : $14.05 - $17.56 per hour

Job Summary : Under general direction provides customer service by greeting customers, answering multi-line telephone, taking messages and responding to customer inquiries.

This Position Is For Candidates Without A Drivers License.

Essential Job Functions :

• Provide customer service by accessing patron information, receiving money, and assisting with customer inquiries regarding programming or facility usage.
• Perform facility maintenance and setup and respond to issues in the facility such as cleanliness or other issues.
• Ability to negotiate patron account information, apply policies and procedures, perform standard data entry tasks, and coordination and scheduling of programs.
• Respond to multiple demands for information from the public and adjust to change with respect to the subject matter or informational need expressed in the user's inquiry.

Other Job Functions :

Minimum Qualifications : Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Qualifying Education and Experience : High school education and a minimum of six months related clerical / customer service experience.
