Role Description

We are seeking full-time Mental Health Counselors and Social Workers for our Oxford, MS location. In this important role, you will provide individual counseling to clients, create effective treatment plans, conduct thorough assessments, and offer crisis intervention as needed. You will also work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining precise client records, participating in staff meetings, and engaging in training sessions for professional growth are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and counseling
• Expertise in crisis intervention and case management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with diverse populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
